Re-Learning To Breathe In Order To Sing

Breathe Deep & Sing !

Every great vocal coach knows that before the eves of mastery can be touched, things are going to get intense.

I’m not talking about the act of singing itself… I mean emotionally intense.

When you start to utilize the diaphragm you activate energy centers in the body and You are going to go through some things… a releasing of stored energy patterns is fairly common to be capable of emoting at a higher level.

A child knows how to sing naturally because they haven't been scarred by years and years of life’s trauma and shame.

In order to be a good singer, you need to learn how to breathe properly. This means a lot of things in your body need to be fixed.

The diaphragm and mid section of the body is where we hold fear, insecurity, shame and trauma… all of those fear-based emotions and experiences.

In order breathe properly, in order to sing, or in order to just to live a happy and harmonious life, you need to redo some of the inner mechanics of this area of your body.

In order to sing well, we have to do a lot of letting go…unlearn, then re-learn how to breath again.

This sounds simple but can be an awakening…

Your breath is a primary pathway into higher awareness, it’s a cord that connects you to this life. It's not only the basis of your survival, it's something that is tied to the deeper dimensions and emotions within all of us.

This is going to be intense - Are you ready for this?
